Mivaan Health Care Services was founded on the conviction that high-quality, dignified home care should be accessible to every Ohioan. With 20+ years of social work experience, Gilbert Fuanya built Mivaan to bridge the gap between clinical competence and genuine human connection.
Gilbert founded Mivaan Health Care Services LLC after witnessing firsthand the gap between what Ohio families needed and what existing providers delivered. His two-decade career in social work gave him deep expertise in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and community-based care coordination.
Today Mivaan serves individuals and families across Columbus, Medina, Cleveland, Dayton, and Cincinnati with a team of certified DSPs, home health aides, and care coordinators who share Gilbert’s founding vision: every person deserves care that sees the whole human.
